So today is Day 1 of my 30 Days. I have a bad habit of not finishing things but I really want to give it a try. Well...I already know there will be a pause in this 30 days due to the upcoming cruise I'm going on mid July. So my goal is to follow the suggested meal plan until "cruise time" and then pick it back up after the cruise is over. Stay tuned for my updates and reviews.
B'fast: Chocolate shake with Fiber, 1/2 banana & 5 almonds
Lunch: a little kale, cabbage, & a roasted beet
Afternoon snack: Cutrus Fizz Stick & Herbal Detox Tea
Dinner: 1 scoop of chocolate, 1 scoop vanilla shake with fiber & frozen fruit
